Trial of Swordmancy's "draw cards + battle" is back with more risk and more reward: you draw Dataplates to build the difficulty, play two rounds in a row, and poker-style hands multiply your rewards… and buff the enemies too.
How it works
Dataplates
Each plate is an enemy group with its Battle Points (BP). More BP raises the reward score and the difficulty: going over 10 BP no longer wipes your rewards.
Suits and hands
Three suits (Bamboo, Characters and Circles). Two plates with the same BP make a Pair; five in sequence of the same suit, a Straight Flush. If you land several, the one with the highest base bonus counts.
Hand of Today
Landing the specified "Lucky Hand" activates an extra reward multiplier.
Double-edged
Hands multiply rewards but also give enemies buffs. The multipliers and buffs can be checked on the event screen.
Not in the official sources yet
The multiplier table for each hand, the buffs enemies get and which groups are on the plates are not in the official sources.
