The 6★ pool is Yvonne, Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik. It has its own rules: at 30, 60 and 90 pulls you get 10 extra Urgent Recruitment attempts; the rate-up 6★ is guaranteed within the first 120 pulls; every 240 cumulative pulls grants a token of the rate-up 6★ for that phase. All three of those progress bars carry over to later phases of the same series. Separately it guarantees a 6★ within 80 pulls, and that counter is shared across every RE-Factor banner. The paired arsenal banner is Tag Artist Issue Phase I with Artzy Tyrannical on rate-up, and it starts and ends alongside this one.

To take part, complete the main mission Chapter Ⅱ Process Ⅱ: Ready the Easterlies. Yvonne arrives in Wuling City and invites the Endmin to the festivities. There are four tracks: Pavilion Hop and Wind Step open with the event, and from day two one more opens each day at 04:00 (server time): Bastion Trek, then Cloud Stroll. Each track has its own mechanisms, like Vortices that give you a temporary speed boost, and traps such as Banana Peels. Completing the race with 3★, collecting balloons and reaching Runner's Milestones grants rewards including Oroberyl ×1200, Portrait Frame: Champion Runner and the “Rolling Chubby Lung” Energy Drink; balloons count even if you don't finish the race. Finishing every race earns the “Supreme Runner” Engraved Medal, which gets trimmed if you complete every track with 3★.

Eight combat stages with teams of at most TWO operators. The first three open on day 1 and the rest arrive one per day; each stage runs on Normal and, once cleared, on MAXED with heavily buffed enemies. Boosts come in tiers: on 1-3 Final Strike applies Vulnerability, on 4-6 each Arts Infliction doubles itself, and on 7-8 reactions return SP. It pays out 1200 Oroberyl (all of it locked in on Normal), the Heat Ragers' Party frame at four stages, and the Nocturnal Tactics medal for clearing them all.
